Returns & Exchange 

We are happy to offer either an exchange or in store credit note for orders within a 7 day period based on the following criteria.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with tags still on.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Due to health reasons we cannot accept Swimwear, Underwear, Accessories, Hats, Jewellery and Perfume. There is no exchange on Sale or discounted items.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must notify us within 24 hour of receiving your order by email to: elementdesign110@gmail.com that you wish to exchange and return the item.  Once approved, the item must be received back within 7 days from the date you receive our approval. Returns will not be accepted after this time frame.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial exchanges are granted (if applicable), garments that are faulty.  We do not accept returns if you change your mind. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchanges
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved we will process the exchange for either another size or item of your choosing or issue you a credit note that can either be used in-store or online.

Fees
You will be liable to pay some handling fees either by your way of purchase through the choice of payment method used for the original purchase eg. PayPal, Shopify, Afterpay or credit card.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed or mailed to you.  If the gift was shipped to the purchaser and shipped directly to them, the gift credit will have to be issued back to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you qualify for an exchange, please include a return envelope.

Depending on where you live, the time it may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning an item it must be on a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We take no responsibility for items lost and not received without acceptable shipping service.
